(1) Products we are internet authorized to sell are covered under the full manufacturer warranty by the manufacturer. Unlike our competitors, products we are not internet authorized to sell we will still personally match the manufacturer warranty. Products that are re-certified or purchased as re-furbished we will gladly assist you in securing a replacement unit or getting repairs done quickly and efficiently by Kennon Electronics.
(2) Due to our new express shipping process, your order will be processed within 12 regular business hours.
(3) We will replace, repair, or refund merchandise found to be defective after installation by a qualified installation specialist.
(4) We can only accept items returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and wiring. The cost of any items found to be missing or cosmetically damaged will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
(5) Orders being shipped to a PO Box or orders requesting 2nd day shipping, or order being shipped to an address other than the billing address will not be processed without a valid phone number.
(6) We will gladly accept non-defective merchandise returns on selected products. However, shipping costs are the responsibility of the returnee, and there will be a 15% re-stocking fee.
(7) We will not be held responsible for any installation or re-installation costs.
